My week was really quiet and everything went well. I spent some time playing my truck games and I got a Champions League trophy in my FM season. Today, I will add some extra info for your defense work.
In last post I mentioned the need to use defender with different abilities in order to make attackers' work hard. But you can add some extra options, making your defense an undefeated fort. You, as a manager can dictate the role of each defender in the field. You can choose a defender's exact role, for example you can turn a center back to sweeper. You can also choose his duties. In other words, if he simply defend, cover another teammate, etc. Think the following scenario. You have a really good, but irresponsible defender and a slow defender as a partner. You can put the irresponsible defender to defend first and the slow defend will act as cover. For well, balanced players a more simple Defend/Defend choice may be what you need. Two center backs in a row, who will defend efficiently. Simplicity is the way to go sometimes!
