I play Football online, this is something we all know. In order to compete and get some wins I need a really good goalkeeper. Goalkeeper is the more crucial position in football. As FM12 is the most realistic football simulator cannot be excluded. One mistake can be the difference between 1st and 2nd position. You need a great keeper to achieve your goals. But what makes a good keeper?

Fm 2012 goalkeeping attributes consist of 14 skills, but 11 are really essential. They are Aerial Ability, Command of Area, Communication, Eccentricity, Handling, Kicking, One on Ones, Reflexes, Rushing Out, Tendency to Punch and Throwing.

Aerial Ability shows how he performs when the ball is in the air. In other words, how high he can extend his body to catch the ball. It is similar to jumping attribute for the other players. To get the most out of aerial ability, your goalkeeper should have good command of area and handling goalkeeping skills combined with concentration, bravery, positioning and decisions mental skills.

Command of Area ability shows how often your goalkeeper will leave his goalposts in order to cut an aerial ball. Some related attributes are Handling in order your goalkeeper has "safe hands" when he attempts to claim high balls and anticipation to guess right how the opponents and his defenders will act. Other serious parameters which reflect how well you goalkeeper commands his area, are positioning and decisions. If a goalkeeper is in wrong position or make wrong ball estimation, how possible is to make a mistake?

I will be sincere with you. The past three days I spent my time playing some online sports games. What a beautiful way to spend your time! Sorry for straying off topic.
In last post, I mentioned the basics on producing talents from our youth academies. We built our first generation homegrown team, we expanded our facilities, we hired both youth and senior coaches. We overvalued and sold some of our players and make our team more famous. And now what? We will step a little further today.

We sold some players and made some money. Invest these money again on both youth and senior facilities. Hire better coaches, whether you can. Time to expand to a different object. Search for the best possible scouters. As I mentioned earlier, in the search of coaches, chase the best scouters, giving as much money as needed. Prefer scouters with North America counties knowledge (I will write more at the near future). Send them to North America for search.

The players you sold left uncovered positions. The production all these years gave you more young, skilled players. Add them to the senior squad. You produce the 2nd talent generation of your team. The time passes, blah, blah, blah. You should choose if you need these new players to build a long-term squad or are you going to sell the 2nd generation and produce (and sell) the 3rd, 4th, etc. The money you will get, invest them again and again as I wrote above.

Time for some buys, isn’t it? Invest all the remaining money to one or two real good talent. That’s the reason you sent the scouters to North America, right? Expand your knowledge to more regions and nations, as you have more money in your “wallet”.

That’s the whole idea, I personally tried. I hope to be as more informative as possible.

I am looking forward to reading your comments and success stories.

After some days off, playing my favourite online games I am back again. Have you ever wondered how to turn a small, local team to a lucrative, world-known team. It is really difficult and needs time, but it is something you can do. The easiest way, in my view, is to stop buying overrated or 35+ years old players. You have to start produce your homegrown players. Today I will share with you my plan.
In early stages, you should start investing as much money as possible on junior coaching, youth recruitment, youth facilities. You are thinking “Ok, youth facilities and coaches are important, but why is youth recruitment so important?”. Youth recruitment network controls the number of youth candidates you get. High PA youngsters has a bit of randomness. So, more candidates tested equals more possibilities to reveal the next world star.
Some time have already passed. Children have turned to men. How these talents you produced will continue to develop when they are first team members? Your next step is to give money to expand your senior facilities at the highest possible level. The better the coaching, the higher the CA. Look for the best coaches. Chase the best ones, giving as much money as needed.
Time never stops. Some additional years have passed. Your talents turned to key players. These players turned your small team to a bigger one. Proposals from bigger clubs have arrived. Sell your players at the highest possible price. The reputation you got from them is important. They leave the team, a step higher. The higher the reputation of your club, better youngsters will come to test at your club.
That’s all for today folks. I will continue my strategy in the next post.

Today, I will continue writing about fitness management. It is really crucial to know to manage right your players, so I would like to add some additional ideas.

As I mentioned some days earlier, too many competitive matches or too physical training fatigue can turn your players to underachievers. Too much physical training can also turn your players to match unfit, but on the other hand too little and your player will not perform at the highest level.

Match fitness is also a basic indicator. An unfit athlete will surely underachieve. Last but not least, injury is something you can’t avoid, but you can minimize the possibility to happen. How? By training your players efficiently. Not too hard to cause injury, not too easy to be unfit. A sign that you train your players right is your players’ condition. Their condition should always be 100% before a match. This shows that they are not lacking fitness. A wrong fitness strategy will make your players remain stable.

Head coaches can also “guess” if their players are injury suspicious. Lower condition means that a player is more susceptible to injury. When players (both opponents and your players) are engaged in man to man situations, injury is a more possible scenario. Mismatches in strength and stamina or too many instructions can exhaust your players, turning out to injury. Players with higher work rate and stamina attributes can cope better with man to man missions, with less injury danger.

Let’s bring all puzzle’s pieces together. A football manager has lots of responsibilities. One of them is to ensure that your players can achieve their 100% when needed. Fitness management is crucial to keep your players happy, motivated and fresh enough to do their best. In this way you ensure that your players will play more games in season, while they also play close to their best.

I am looking forward to reading your comments.

In the second post, I would like to emphasize fitness management role in success. How many times a player sucks and you think you play with 10 men against 11? How many times a really good player, can’t give his best because he is really tired or he lacks match practice? All those have to do with fitness management.
But what is fitness management? It is the way you treat your players in order to get the most out of them. It is a combination of squad rotation, training routine and rest. You don’t have to guess how your players adapt. In game, there are key factors, showing how your players respond.
Condition is one of the most basic things the player should look. It indicates your player’s current fitness levels. With the right management you can keep your players fresh, by regulating the decrease of their condition levels efficiently.
Another important aspect is match practice. A player with lack of games are more prone to have low morale and this results in poor performance. You have to share the time to all your players. A good strategy is to use reserve match to help injured or less used players to stay fit.
Using your best players again and again can cause fatigue. Too many competitive matches or too physical training may cause fatigue. A good, pre-season training and rotation make your players resistant to fatigue. When a player needs holiday, don’t hesitate. Let him charge his batteries again!
I am looking forward to reading your comments.

 Dear friends,
I am glad because a dream comes true for me. From now on, I will write about my favourite game in a blog, sharing my opinion with all you. In the following posts, I would like to introduce you some things, which I believe every FM2012 player should know.
The first thing I would like to share with you is what CA and PA are. Have you ever heard about CA/PA indicators? These two indicators show the ability level a player has or he will have in the future. CA (Current Ability) is a hidden value for every single person shown in the game (both players and staff) to show how good they are at the moment. The highest someone can get is 200. On the other hand, PA (Potential Ability) is the tool to “predict”  player’s future. PA can be lowered during game for many reasons. For example, if a player lacks first team appearances or he gets a heavy injury.
PA has two subcategories, fixed and negative. Player with great future, playing already at the highest level (Pato, Aguero for example) have fixed PA level. In other words, there is no chance (in case he doesn’t get seriously injured in game) he won’t turn to a brilliant player, at a more mature football age. Players with a negative PA level are players who have great talent, but something didn’t work and remained stable. They will either become World Stars or they will fade away. Negative PA level is a kind of lottery, you have to be lucky to turn a player to a really good player
As you can see there are many similarities with reality. There are many good talents, but little turn to superstars. That’s the reason FM is a great football simulator.
I am looking forward to reading your comments.
